Meeting called to order 6:00 PM.
Nominee/ Voting for officers. We voted and the results are listed below.
There were 3 ballots sent in, one from a member and the rest from the board members.
Officers voted for are: Tim Dyer – President / Paul Noga – Vice President / Freeman Barns – 2nd Vice President / Don Nicholson - Treasurer.
WE discussed two possible speakers for our fall classes.
We discussed the registration with the State Of North Carolina for our None Profit status.
We discussed having Kerry K. Dyer CPA to do the registration with the State for us.
Freedman Barns made the motion For Kerry to do the registration and Don Nicholson 2nd it.
The motion was voted on and passed unanimously.
We discussed having a membership picnic sometime in late September, at a park that is acceptable for us. Then, we looked over some old forms with Don to see if they were still valid and disposed of outdated forms.
We adjourned at 8:00 PM.
