RSES Raleigh Chapter 04050.

Attendance: Paul Noga , Arnold Bishop, Freeman Barnes, Richard Stancel, Tim Dyer.
Meeting called to order: 6:00pm.
Kerry Dyer talked to us by Skype about our nonprofit registration for N.C. . She had talked with Kelly Womack at our National RSES: Kelly said we are covered by Charter under the National Chapter that was filed back in Feb.20, 1950. A copy of the Charter will be sent to us.
Also talked about bonding for our treasure. It is dishonesty bond. Kelly from the International highly recommended us to be bonded, but still our option, not mandatory.
Kerry had one quote from Allstate for $25,000 coverage, 5 or less and cost was 187.00 annually .
Sept. training class. Will be Controls Inc. giving class controls for heating by Bill
Vender Johnstone Controls and Controls Inc. Check to be sure.
Dinner will be a tray of cold cut and buns , chips, dip and drinks
Oct . training class/ meeting Arnold Bishop made the motion to move Oct. meeting from the 20th to the 27th. (Due to the N.C. State Fair ) was 2nd by Freeman Barnes and passed.
Will be looking into getting York for November training.
Postpone the ideal of RSES picnic that we have discussed.
